As a Wellness Coach, I work with clients to set intentional health & wellness goals & identify any physical, mental, or emotional obstacles that may be holding them back. Through personalized mind-body wellness coaching, I guide each individual toward creating meaningful and sustainable lifestyle changes that support full body health, improved energy, and long-term well-being.
Whether you're looking to improve your nutrition habits, enhance daily movement, manage stress, or find better work-life balance, our sessions are tailored to meet you where you are. My holistic health coaching process is always customized, because no two clients are the same. Some clients work with me for a focused 1-month reset, while others engage in longer-term wellness journeys of 6 to 12 months for deeper transformation. Your path to a healthier lifestyle is personal, and I’m here to help you navigate it with support, clarity, and compassion.
I also offer group wellness coaching for organizations & teams, do speaking engagements, and offer large group sports nutrition coaching, mental performance training & wellness programs that support not just physical performance, but confidence, focus, and long-term wellbeing.

I’m so happy to say those acute pains are gone, and I feel stronger and more confident in how I’m carrying my body.
