Hi, I’m Emily Miller! I'm the owner/founder of My Little Sunshine. I help families create healthy sleep foundations to take sleep from unpredictable and chaotic, to a calm, relaxing, and enjoyable part of their day! I’ve spent over six years as a Professional Nanny, where I’ve had the privilege of witnessing firsthand just how powerful it is when parents feel truly supported, empowered, and confident in their parenting journey.
Their experience is what led me to become a sleep consultant and specialize in newborn care. I understand that every child is different and there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to anything around raising children. My goal is to meet families where they are, provide personalized guidance, create realistic routines, and sustainable sleep patterns. For new and expecting parents, I also provide newborn care support– helping you understand your baby’s needs, establish gentle routines, and navigate those early weeks with less stress and more ease. There’s no stress about endless laundry, washing bottles or pump parts, or keeping up with daily tasks. Instead, you can spend the first few weeks with your baby focusing on recovery and soaking up all of those precious moments with your little one.
